Only thing I know of is a DLL file that adds the function to left4dead. This however may get you banned by VAC. They banned thousands of people (who they refused to unban) for playing a source game that the devs modified the executable (of their own mod) to include a shader to make their game look slightly better

You need to add another alias, which only points towards view1/view2, and bind KEY to that one: alias toggle_vioewmodel view2 //if view1 = default alias view1 "commands here; alias toggle_viewmodel view2" alias view2 "commands here; alias toggle_viewmodel view1" bind KEY toggle_viewmodel.
