I found one zombie villager near my base, I use splash potion of weakness (4 minutes) and use golden apple, my golden apple is gone and nothing happened (no usual sound when converting zombie villager) after I wait for 5 minutes+. I tried this 3 times, with 1:30 minute 1x, and with 4 minutes 2x. Edit: I trapped him on a boat.
